Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Programs: Design operational strategies aligned with SRKKF’s mission and the SDGs;

translate goals into scalable, measurable programs across rural, tribal, and urban areas, with hands-on field involvement.
Finance & Budgeting: Lead budgeting, financing, and resource allocation with solid financial

accountability.
MIS & Reporting: Maintain robust MIS systems; prepare high-quality reports and presentations for

internal and external stakeholders.
Legal, Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with both internal/external parties for legal work; manage

internal/external audits; ensure statutory, social, and financial compliance across all programs.
Stakeholders & Partnerships: Engage community leaders, government bodies,

NGOs/Trusts/Foundations, and CSR partners; leverage India’s philanthropic ecosystem to amplify impact.
Impact & Technology:



Build monitoring and evaluation systems (SROI, ESG, SDG indicators and

frameworks); use digital tools and data for efficient program delivery.
Team Development: Build, mentor, and empower high-performing, mission-aligned teams.

Key Competencies
Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with measurable

outcomes.
Field-based implementation experience, especially in tribal or marginalized communities.
Deep understanding of India’s social development ecosystem, especially in education, health,

sustainability, livelihoods.
Robust financial, legal, and operational acumen; proficiency with SROI, ESG, and SDG frameworks.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per month
