Role Description The Customer Support Specialist will provide day-to-day assistance to users and families using SimplyRishta.com, ensuring a smooth and respectful experience on the platform. This part-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, guiding users through registration and profile setup, and helping them understand platform features. The Specialist will handle basic technical support issues, document and escalate complex concerns,



and collaborate with internal teams to resolve user problems.

The role also includes gathering user feedback, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and supporting the company’s commitment to trust, privacy, and personalized matchmaking.

Qualifications

- Customer-facing skills: Ability to deliver effective Customer Support and maintain high Customer Satisfaction.
- Relationship and communication skills: Strong Interpersonal Skills, clear verbal and written communication, and a respectful, empathetic approach.
- Technical and problem-solving skills: Basic Technical Support capabilities and solid Analytical Skills for troubleshooting user issues.
- Additional qualifications: Prior experience in customer service or support roles, familiarity with online platforms, and comfort working with families and diverse communities.
- Qualified requirements: Ability to work on-site in Gurugram during part time hours, good organizational skills, and proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
