Logistics Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive with 2–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, robust follow-up skills, and experience in shipment tracking and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain logistics data and reports using Microsoft Excel.
Work with Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, etc.
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouses for timely dispatch and delivery.
Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
Follow up with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments.




Handle email communication and maintain logistics records.
Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, E-way Bills, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate documentation and support inventory movement.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, or Supply Chain.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Excel formulas.
Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
