Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other equipment-related issues.
Ensure maximum availability and reliability of production machinery.
Conduct regular inspections of machines and identify potential failures.
Analyze breakdowns and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, checklists, and reports.
Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimum disruption.
Procure and manage spare parts, consumables, and maintenance tools.
Coordinate with external contractors, vendors and service providers when required.
Ensure proper installation, commissioning, and maintenance of recent equipment.
Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory requirements, and company policies.




Support energy-saving and machine-efficiency improvement initiatives.
Train operators and technicians on basic equipment care and preventive maintenance practices.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
2–5 years of experience in plant/machinery maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance systems.
Experience with preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatics is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of maintenance planning and documentation.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of industrial safety practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
