Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities throughout the hospital.
Inspect wards, ICU, OT, laboratories, OPD, emergency areas, offices and utility areas regularly.
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
Supervise electricians, technicians and other maintenance staff.
Monitor electrical systems, panels, generators, UPS, transformers, lighting and emergency power.
Coordinate with biomedical engineering teams for infrastructure-related requirements and medical-equipment support.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of essential hospital utilities, including medical-gas-related infrastructure where applicable.
Attend emergency breakdowns affecting ICU, OT, emergency department, power, water or other critical services.
Coordinate AMC/service visits with external contractors and vendors.
Check the quality and completion of contractor work.




Maintain maintenance registers, breakdown reports, preventive-maintenance schedules and service records.
Maintain records of AMC contracts, spare parts and maintenance materials.
Ensure maintenance work follows hospital safety procedures and applicable statutory requirements.
Conduct routine safety inspections and report hazards to management.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly maintenance reports.
Assist with renovation, modification and facility-improvement projects.

Qualification
ITI or Diploma
Candidates with relevant hospital maintenance experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
