Role: Management Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Management Executive to oversee day-to-day operations across businesses and group operations across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily business and operational activities.
Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies.
Prepare reports, MIS, and business analyses for senior leadership.
Support data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
Coordinate teams, workflows, and resource allocation.
Manage internal and external stakeholder/client communication.
Monitor performance metrics and operational efficiency.
Identify operational risks and support mitigation strategies.
Ensure processes maintain the organization's standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills




Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
Experience in operations, project management, team coordination, or service delivery.
Knowledge of IT Services and Consulting practices.
Exposure to ITIL/ITSM frameworks is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Solid organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru.
High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity.
Project Management or IT Service Management certifications will be an added advantage.
