Job Summary:

nLead and manage crowd simulation work for animation projects, ensuring realistic crowd movement, technical quality, and timely delivery.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead the crowd simulation team and manage daily production requirements.
n
- Create and supervise complex crowd simulations and behaviors.
n
- Review shots and provide technical and artistic feedback.
n
- Work closely with Animation, Layout, Rigging, FX, and Lighting teams.
n
- Optimize simulations for quality and performance.
n
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure shots meet project standards.
n
- Coordinate with Supervisors and Directors to implement feedback.
n
- Maintain production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
n

nRequired Skills:

- Strong experience with Houdini, Maya
n
- Excellent understanding of crowd simulation, animation, and procedural workflows.
n
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
n
- Ability to handle complex crowd sequences and production deadlines.
n

nExperience: 5+ years in Crowd Simulation/Animation, with lead or supervisory experience preferred.
