- Write engaging scripts,storylines and dialogues that feel natural to each individual's personality and tonality.

- Understand each one's personality, audience and content style to develop ideas that feel authentic.

- Build original IPs— recurring segments, characters, catchphrases, series concepts and formats that become signature and are distinct from one-off content.

- Stay on top of new culture, trends, memes, pop culture and emerging formats.

- Turn brand briefs into creator-first, engaging content.

- Track content performance and use insights to improve future ideas.

- Robust creative thinking and writing skills — experience is secondary.
