We are seeking an experienced Biostatistics Consultant with deep expertise in Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR), Meta-analysis, Indirect Treatment Comparisons (ITC), and Network Meta-analysis (NMA) to support ongoing HEOR, Market Access, and Evidence Synthesis projects.

The consultant will work directly with client-facing project teams and will be expected to independently lead statistical components of evidence generation projects for global pharmaceutical and biotech clients. The role requires proven experience in delivering high-quality analyses, interpreting complex evidence, and presenting findings to client stakeholders.

Scope of Work:

- Evidence Synthesis

- Lead and execute Systematic Literature Reviews (SLRs) in accordance with PRISMA, Cochrane, NICE, and HTA standards.
- Develop review protocols, study eligibility criteria, and data extraction frameworks.
- Support literature screening, study selection, and evidence synthesis activities.
- Critically appraise clinical evidence and assess study quality.

- Advanced Statistical Analysis

- Conduct pairwise and direct meta-analyses.
- Perform Bayesian and/or Frequentist Network Meta-Analyses (NMA).
- Conduct Indirect Treatment Comparisons (ITC) and Mixed Treatment Comparisons (MTC).
- Perform sensitivity analyses, subgroup analyses, heterogeneity assessments, and meta-regression.




- Develop forest plots, network diagrams, league tables, and treatment rankings.

- HEOR and HTA Support

- Support evidence packages for HTA and reimbursement submissions.
- Generate methodology documentation, statistical reports, and publication-ready outputs.
- Collaborate with health economists, epidemiologists, medical writers, and market access teams.

- Client Engagement

- Participate in client discussions and methodology workshops.
- Translate business questions into suitable analytical methodologies.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide scientific and statistical input during project planning and proposal discussions.

Mandatory Experience

- Advanced degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Pharmacy, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in: Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR), Meta-analysis (direct), Network Meta-analysis (NMA; Bayesian and/or Frequentist), and Indirect Treatment Comparisons (ITC)
- Proven experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or consulting clients.
- Demonstrated experience delivering multiple end-to-end evidence synthesis projects independently.
- Prior experience supporting HTA submissions is highly desirable.
- Should be able to work in R software for running the analysis
- Should have knowledge and experience on methods: Mixed Treatment Comparisons, Meta-regression, Survival Analysis, Fixed and Random Effects Models and Evidence Grading Frameworks (GRADE preferred)
- Therapeutic area exposure across Oncology, Neurology, Immunology, Rare Diseases, or Cardiometabolic conditions.
