Role & responsibilities
Lead the management, support, and lifecycle governance of enterprise applications and mobile platforms across the organization.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable application and mobility solutions.
Oversee application performance, availability, security, and compliance with internal IT and regulatory standards.
Manage vendor relationships, including service providers and technology partners, to ensure delivery against SLAs and cost targets.
Lead and develop a team of IT professionals, providing coaching, performance management, and career development.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including modernization, automation, and adoption of best practices in application and mobile management.
Ensure effective incident, problem,



and change management processes are followed to minimize business disruption.
Collaborate with global IT, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to align solutions with enterprise strategy.

Preferred candidate profile
8+ years of relevant IT experience, including enterprise applications and/or mobile technology settings.
Prior experience leading or managing teams and/or external vendors.
Robust understanding of application lifecycle management, IT service management, and operational support models.
Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders in a global organization.
Solid problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
