Role & responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Monitor monthly financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
Analyze revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and profitability trends.
Develop financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Business Partnering
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D; teams.
Provide financial insights for product launches, pricing strategies, and business expansion plans.
Support management in evaluating investment proposals and business prospects.
Drive profitability improvement initiatives across business units.

Performance Management
Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
Conduct variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
Track KPIs including sales growth, product profitability, working capital, and operating margins.
Present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.





Commercial & Product Finance
Evaluate product-wise profitability and portfolio performance.
Support pricing decisions, tender evaluations, and contract negotiations.
Analyze promotional spend effectiveness and return on investment.
Assess financial impact of current product launches and market expansion.

Cost & Manufacturing Finance
Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory levels, and cost optimization initiatives.
Work closely with plant finance teams on standard costing and variance analysis.
Analyze raw material consumption, yield improvements, and operational efficiencies.

Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, and statutory requirements.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate governance practices.
