We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our product development team in the skincare industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in product development and management, with excellent analytical and communication skills. This position is based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement new products and services to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch recent products and services.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities.
Create and manage product roadmaps and prioritize features.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or a related field.
Strong understanding of the skincare industry and market trends.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Solid project management and time management skills.
Experience working with SAP and MENA region is an added advantage.
