Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage residential construction projects from inception to handover.
Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, quality, and resources.
Ability to analyze and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, identify design conflicts and coordinate with relevant team.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure timely execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Review project progress and resolve technical and operational challenges.
Manage client communications and stakeholder expectations.
Prepare project reports, forecasts, and progress updates.
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance throughout project execution.
Requirements
Mandatory experience in Real Estate Residential Projects (Apartments/Villas).
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams.
Robust leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, budgeting, and quality control.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
