Stelar Interiors is looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to drive our brand presence and business growth.

This is not a digital-only role. We are looking for an all-round marketer with solid experience in offline marketing, partnerships, events, networking, and lead generation, supported by digital marketing.

What You’ll Do
Lead Stelar’s overall marketing strategy and execution.
Plan and execute offline campaigns, activations, exhibitions, events, and local promotions.
Build relationships with builders, architects, real estate specialists, businesses, and strategic partners.
Develop referral and partnership opportunities.
Drive local brand visibility across Trivandrum.
Generate and support qualified leads through online + offline channels.
Coordinate branding, content, creatives, vendors, agencies, and marketing materials.
Research competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.
Track marketing performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.

Someone who is
A true marketing all-rounder,



not just a social media specialist.
Strong in offline marketing and networking.
Confident communicating and negotiating with businesses and partners.
Creative, proactive, and execution-focused.
Comfortable with events, field marketing, partnerships, and local travel.
Familiar with digital marketing, CRM, social media, and analytics.
Able to take ownership and work independently.

Experience in Interior Design, Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, Furniture, or Luxury Brands is a plus.
