Role Description The Clinical Psychologist will provide remote psychological assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for clients using Bodhana Care’s digital platforms and tools. This role involves conducting structured psychological evaluations, interpreting test results, and preparing clear, clinically sound reports, including reviewing and signing AI-assisted assessment outputs.
The Clinical
Psychologist will offer counseling and therapy services, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (such as speech, OT, ABA, and behavioral therapists), and contribute to individualized care plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation,
ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance, participating in case discussions or supervision sessions, and providing guidance on best practices for mental health care within therapy centers. This is a remote role that may include flexible scheduling to support centers and clients across different locations.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-based theories and interventions in clinical practice.
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing for diverse age groups.
- Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health assessment and treatment, including working with neurodevelopmental, behavioral, and emotional concerns.
- Experience in Counseling Psychology, providing individual and family-focused therapeutic support in a culturally sensitive manner.
- Capacity for Clinical Supervision or peer consultation, supporting quality assurance and career development within care teams.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field from an accredited institution; relevant licensing or RCI registration strongly preferred.
- Comfort working with digital health platforms, electronic records, and AI-assisted clinical tools, with a commitment to data privacy and ethical standards.
- Solid communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care.
- Experience in pediatric, adolescent, or family-oriented mental health settings is an advantage.
