Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Thane.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and calculations for infrastructure projects. Daily activities include planning project timelines, coordinating with site teams, monitoring work progress, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. The role involves conducting site inspections, assessing technical issues, and proposing practical solutions for stormwater management, drainage, and other civil works , water supply , Turnkey Projects .

The Civil

Engineer will also support project documentation, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of design and execution practices.

Qualifications





- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, with the ability to develop and review structural, infrastructure, and drainage designs.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on-site, with hands-on exposure to construction supervision and quality control.
- Planning skills for scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking across multiple civil projects.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, including drainage design, flood mitigation measures, and compliance with local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of IS codes, local by-laws, and industry standards related to civil works.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with site staff, contractors, and consultants.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Prior experience in infrastructure or building projects in the Thane/Mumbai region is an advantage.
