Job Summary: The Chief Warden will be responsible for the overall management, administration, and discipline of student residential facilities. The role involves ensuring a safe, secure, and student-friendly living environment while maintaining university policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the functioning of all hostels and residential facilities on campus Ensure safety, security, and discipline among residents Supervise wardens, caretakers, and hostel support staff Handle student grievances and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Implement and enforce hostel rules, policies, and code of conduct Coordinate with administration, security, and medical teams for emergency situations Monitor cleanliness, maintenance,



and quality of hostel facilities Conduct regular inspections of hostels and dining areas Manage room allotments, occupancy records, and related documentation

Qualifications: Master's Degree in any discipline (Ph.D. preferred) Minimum 8–12 years of experience in hostel administration/student affairs/residential services

Skills & Competencies: Solid leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Ability to handle emergencies and high-pressure situations Administrative and organizational efficiency
