Leading enterprise cybersecurity strategy, information security governance, cyber risk and resilience across a large and geographically distributed BFSI workplace supporting 2,000+ branches and approximately 16,000 users/endpoints.

Responsible for leading the enterprise information security function and cybersecurity investment strategy, with oversight across security operations, governance, cyber risk, regulatory compliance, and enterprise resilience.

Strengthened the organization’s cybersecurity maturity and overall security posture through enhanced governance, control improvements, technology rationalization, operating-model optimization, and the strategic adoption of cost-effective security capabilities.

Provide executive-level oversight across SOC/SIEM,



incident response, vulnerability management, IAM, third-party risk, BCP/DR, data protection, regulatory compliance and cyber resilience. Drive preparedness for statutory, regulatory, external IS and cybersecurity audits, including remediation and risk governance.

Partner with Executive Management and governance committees to translate cyber threats, residual risk and regulatory requirements into strategic business decisions, positioning cybersecurity as an enabler of resilience, trust and secure digital growth.
