Roles and responsibilities:

Motor Controller / EV Powertrain
Solid understanding of motor controller architecture, interfaces, diagnostics, and control functions for EV powertrain systems.
Experience in testing and validating motor and inverter systems to verify controller and model performance.
Valuable knowledge of different electric motor technologies, including:
BLDC
PMSM
Induction Motors
Switched Reluctance Motors (SRM)
Hands-on experience with motor control strategies, including:
Vector Control
Sensorless Control
Scalar Control
Field Weakening
Experience with vehicle-level integration of motor and motor controller, ensuring compliance with vehicle performance requirements.
Good understanding of CAN and LIN communication protocols.




Experience in preparing and executing DVP, conducting DFMEA for electrical components, and maintaining ECN-related documentation.
Knowledge of HEV/EV electrical features and functions, along with EMI/EMC requirements.
Understanding of ISO 26262 Functional Safety requirements applicable to EV electrical systems.
Solid communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to work with creative design and problem-solving approaches while meeting project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
