Job Summary
The F&B; Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day Food & Beverage operations and ensuring smooth, productive, and guest-focused service. The role involves supervising service staff, maintaining hotel standards, coordinating with the kitchen and other departments, handling guest requirements, and ensuring that all F&B; areas operate as per the property's service and grooming standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the assigned F&B; outlet, restaurant, banquet or other service areas.
Ensure timely and skilled service to all guests while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
Brief and allocate duties to F&B; service staff at the beginning of each shift.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, hygiene, discipline and overall performance.
Ensure proper table setup, mise-en-place, service readiness and cleanliness of the outlet.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure timely food preparation and service.
Handle guest requests, complaints and special requirements professionally and escalate issues to the F&B; Manager when required.




Ensure proper order taking, KOT/BOT procedures and coordination with the kitchen and billing/POS team.
Monitor food and beverage presentation and ensure adherence to established service standards.
Supervise banquet functions, events and special dining requirements when assigned.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the assigned outlet.
Monitor inventory, operating supplies, cutlery, crockery, glassware and other F&B; equipment and report shortages or damages.
Minimize wastage and ensure responsible use of hotel resources.
Maintain proper coordination with Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen, Engineering, Security and other departments.
Train and guide junior F&B; staff on service standards, SOPs, grooming, guest handling and product knowledge.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, fire safety and hotel policies.
