Job Summary The Operations Head will be responsible for the overall operational management and performance of the organization/assigned brand. The role involves coordinating and monitoring Sales, Counselling, Centre Coordination, Technical/Training, and Placement functions to ensure smooth workflow, student satisfaction, revenue growth, and achievement of organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the overall day-to-day operations of the assigned brand.
Coordinate with Sales, Counselling, Centre Coordinator, Technical, and Placement teams.
Set departmental targets and monitor performance against defined KPIs.
Review daily/weekly/monthly reports and take corrective action wherever required.
Ensure proper coordination between departments and maintain smooth workflow.
Monitor student-related issues, complaints, feedback, and ensure timely resolution.
Track sales performance, student registrations, collections, training progress, and placements.
Ensure proper follow-up and collection of pending student dues.
Monitor trainer performance, batch schedules, attendance, student feedback, and training quality.
Coordinate with the Placement Department to monitor placement activities and outcomes.




Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Maintain discipline, accountability, and adherence to company policies.
Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
Take ownership of achieving overall operational and business targets.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in operations, management, or a similar leadership role.
Experience in an education, training, IT services, or similar organization is preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple departments and achieve targets.
