Manpower Field Supervisor
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Sriperumbudur
Employment Type: Full time
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily manpower sourcing and mobilization.
Coordinate employee joining, deployment, and attendance.
Supervise field recruiters and manpower requirements.
Coordinate with clients and workers for daily manpower needs.
Monitor absenteeism, replacement, and workforce availability.
Maintain daily manpower reports and submit updates to management.
Visit client sites and resolve employee-related issues.
Requirements:
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Field recruitment/manpower handling experience preferred.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
