About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js , with exposure to Next.js being an added advantage.

You will be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack .
Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js .
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and manage databases using MongoDB .
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to implement modern and responsive designs.
Troubleshoot bugs,



optimize application performance, and ensure system stability.
Implement security best practices and data protection measures.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices.
Stay updated with the latest web development technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills
2–4 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack Development .
Solid proficiency in:
JavaScript
React.js
Node.js
Express.js
MongoDB
HTML5
CSS3
Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
Experience with responsive web development.
Positive understanding of Git/version control.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
