Marketing Coordinator The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, coordination, and tracking of marketing activities across BTL channels. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, finance, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution, approvals, payments, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Activity Coordination o Coordinate day-to-day BTL marketing activities as per approved marketing plans. o Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for timely execution of campaigns and promotional activities. o Maintain activity calendars and ensure all marketing initiatives are executed within timelines.
Finance & Payment Coordination o Coordinate with the Finance team for processing vendor invoices and marketing related payments. o Follow up on purchase orders, invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents. o Ensure timely submission of documents required for payment processing. o Track payment status and coordinate with Finance and vendors to resolve payment related issues.
BTL Approvals o Coordinate the approval process for BTL activities from relevant stakeholders. o Prepare and maintain approval documents, quotations, budgets, and supporting information.



o Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and avoid delays in campaign execution.
Tracking & Reporting o Maintain trackers for BTL activities, budgets, approvals, invoices, and payments. o Prepare regular marketing activity status reports and management updates. o Track planned vs. executed activities and highlight pending actions, delays, and budget variances. o Maintain proper documentation and records of completed marketing activities.
Cross-functional Coordination o Act as a coordination point between Marketing, Finance, Sales, vendors, and other internal stakeholders. o Follow up on pending actions and ensure timely closure of marketing-related activities. o Support the Marketing team in administrative and operational requirements.
