Role: Marketing Executive

Job Summary

VC Green Energy Private Limited is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to generate current business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and support the company's business growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and networking skills, a confident approach to client interactions, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential business prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and customer requirements.
Follow up on leads and opportunities to drive conversions.
Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
Maintain regular updates on lead status, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Achieve assigned lead-generation, business development, and revenue targets.

Requirements




Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
Confident and professional approach to client meetings and presentations.
Ability to understand customer needs and identify business opportunities.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel and meet customers as required.
Previous experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related field will be an advantage.
