n Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role requires having previous construction contracting experience.
nThis position is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects, including managing schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors. The Project Manager coordinates with engineering, site supervision, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely execution, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to technical specifications.
nDaily activities include tracking project progress, addressing in office issues, reviewing reports and documentation, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves risk management, optimization of project workflows, and continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Project handling of construction projects and Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communicationn
Client management,

Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesn
Inspection and quality oversight skills to verify work against drawings, standards, and safety requirementsn
Logistics Management capabilities to handle material movement, vendor coordination, and site supply planningn
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldn
Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectorsn
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail and documentationn
Ability to lead diverse teams on site, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and work in a quick-paced settingn
Proficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) is beneficialn
