Job Summary

Wesco is looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Architect with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and implementation. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in Plugins, Power Automate, and CRM Implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Lead end-to-end Dynamics CRM implementation projects.
Define technical architecture and solution designs.
Develop and manage Dynamics CRM Plugins.
Design and implement automation using Power Automate.
Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership to development teams.
Review existing CRM solutions and recommend improvements.
Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot complex CRM and integration issues.
Collaborate with functional teams,



business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of total experience.
10+ years of relevant MS Dynamics Architect experience.
Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365 CRM.
Hands-on experience with Plugins.
Solid experience with Power Automate.
Robust experience in CRM Implementation.
Excellent solution architecture and technical design skills.

Additional Requirements
Bangalore location.
Hybrid work model.
Candidates with Immediate to 15 days' notice period preferred.
Notice period should not exceed 30 days.
