About Crenzo n Crenzo is building a creator-performance platform that connects brands with micro-influencers and UGC creators.
n We help brands discover the right creators, execute creator campaigns, manage content and understand what performs.
n We are currently building our 100-day MVP and are looking for Client Service Interns to work closely with our brand clients and internal campaign team.

About the Role n As a Client Service Intern , you will be the day-to-day communication point between Crenzo and our brand clients .
n Your role is to make sure clients receive a smooth experience throughout their creator campaigns.
n You will coordinate with:
n Client → Crenzo Team → Creators → Content Team
n This is a excellent prospect for someone who enjoys talking to people,



managing relationships, following up and solving problems.

Key Responsibilities Client Communication n
n
Communicate with clients through WhatsApp, email and calls.n
Understand client requirements and campaign objectives.n
Share campaign updates and timelines.n
Respond to client queries promptly.n
Coordinate meetings and follow-ups.n
Maintain qualified relationships with clients.n
Collect client feedback and communicate it to the internal team.n

Campaign Management n
n
Understand campaign briefs from clients.n
Coordinate creator shortlisting and approvals.n
Track campaign timelines and deliverables.n
Follow up with creators for content submissions.n
Coordinate revisions and approvals.n
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time.n
Escalate issues to the Senior CS / Campaign Manager.n

Client Reporting n
n
Maintain client and campaign information in CRM/Google
