Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Senior Developer with robust hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and implementation. The candidate must have practical experience with Plugins, Power Automate, and CRM Implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain CRM Plugins.
Build workflows and automation using Power Automate.
Participate in end-to-end CRM implementation projects.
Convert functional requirements into technical solutions.
Configure and customize Dynamics CRM applications.
Troubleshoot application and integration issues.
Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews and development activities.
Support testing, deployment, and production activities.




Optimize CRM solutions for performance and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of overall experience.
7+ years of relevant experience.
Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365 CRM.
Hands-on experience with Plugins.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate.
Robust experience in CRM Implementation.

Additional Requirements
Bangalore location.
Hybrid work model.
Immediate to 15 days' notice preferred.
Notice period should not exceed 30 days.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
