Addressing investor queries and providing assistance as needed.
Utilizing appropriate software and systems for productive back office operations.
Online & Offline Form filling for various Platforms used for Investments.
Documentation for Various Investment Products like Mutual Funds, Stocks, FDs, Bonds, PMS.
Client communication via phone and email and management of clients servicing requests.
Reconciliation of investor’s investments and other back office functions like MIS, nonfinancial
transactions, different types of reports.
Co-ordinating with team, ensuring customer delight by achieving timely delivery & quality service
