Position: Nail Artist cum Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nail services including manicure, pedicure, nail art, gel polish, extensions, and nail enhancements.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable nail services.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon safety.
Handle client consultations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Support the Salon Manager in daily salon operations and team coordination.
Assist in managing staff, attendance, grooming, and service quality.
Drive sales through effective client handling, upselling, and service recommendations.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain inventory of nail products and coordinate with the team for stock requirements.




Support the team in achieving monthly sales and service targets.

Requirements:
3–6 years of relevant experience in nail artistry/salon operations.
Strong knowledge of nail extensions, gel polish, nail art, and nail care.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
Leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
Candidates from the salon/beauty & wellness industry preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
