Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Executive with 1+ years of experience to provide technical support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The candidate should have good knowledge of Linux systems, computer networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, and user support .

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, system, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain Linux-based systems and perform basic administration tasks.
Manage user accounts, permissions, system access, and basic security configurations.
Troubleshoot network-related issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, IP addressing, and connectivity.
Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of networking devices.
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.
Handle software installation, updates,



backups, and system maintenance.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues within the required timeframe.
Ensure basic data security, antivirus protection, and system updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT Support or System Administration .
Good knowledge of Linux operating systems and basic Linux commands .
Understanding of computer networking concepts , including:
TCP/IP
DNS
DHCP
LAN/WAN
Routers and Switches
Wi-Fi and Network Troubleshooting
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Knowledge of user access management and basic IT security practices.
Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
