The Job

We are looking for an experienced IP Network Engineer to join our Network Operations team, responsible for alarm analysis, fault management, troubleshooting, and change request implementation across a multi-vendor IP infrastructure.
Monitor and manage ITSM ticket queues to maintain MTTR and SLA compliance
Perform alarm analysis, O&M;, and change request implementation on IP nodes (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Security Gateways)
Identify root causes for P0/P1/P2/P3/P4 incidents and recommend resolution actions
Act as first point of contact for alarm, event & KPI-related issues
Collaborate with field teams for hardware failures and node unreachable scenarios
Conduct node health checks, backups & deviation troubleshooting
Handle 3PP/OEM escalations, problem management & customer governance
Proactively detect potential failures to ensure incident avoidance




Support MIR & CSR reporting to respective teams
IP Networking / Network Operations
Solid analytical, logical thinking & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication & troubleshooting skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Your Profile
Positive knowledge in IP Networking Protocols like OSPF, ISIS, BGP, BGP-LU, MPLS, Inter-AS, LDP, RSVP, TE, L2VPN, L3VPN, BFD, Segment Routing.
Understanding of Switching VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VRRP, HSRP.
IP Security protocols- IPSEC, GRE, VPN, CGNat.
CISCO, Spine-leaf Architecture, Border-Leaf Architecture, VX-LAN.
Telecom knowledge (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G Service Flow & Interfaces).
Product/Vendor knowledge on CISCO
trouble-shooting skills.
