Brainium Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Bidder to join our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant IT projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc.
Research potential clients and generate recent business opportunities.
Create compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs and project requirements.
Coordinate with technical teams for project understanding, estimation, and proposal preparation.
Follow up on submitted proposals and convert leads into projects.
Maintain bid records, lead pipelines, and regular follow-ups.

Requirements




2+ years of experience in IT bidding/business development.
Hands-on experience with Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive understanding of web, mobile, and software development services.
Robust negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
