About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Operations Executive with at least 2 years of experience in operations management, customer coordination, and cold calling. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage day-to-day operational activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily operational activities and ensure smooth business processes.
Conduct cold calling to generate leads and maintain client relationships.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for operational support.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding services and requirements.
Maintain operational records, reports,



and MIS data.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.
Assist management in process improvement and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in cold calling and client handling.
Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
