Job Position Title: Next.js Developer
Location-Kolkata
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Next.js and React.js
Build scalable, reusable, and high-performance front-end components
Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API integrations in Next.js
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, SEO, and responsiveness
Integrate REST APIs / GraphQL services with front-end applications
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Next.js, React, and front-end technologies
Mandatory Skill Sets:
Robust hands-on experience in Next.js and React.js
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
Experience with SSR, SSG, ISR, and routing in Next.js
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI
Experience in state management libraries such as Redux / Context API / Zustand
Hands-on experience in integrating REST APIs / GraphQL
Knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab and version control practices
Understanding of performance optimization, SEO principles, and responsive design
Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress is a plus
Valuable problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Skill Sets:
Experience with Node.js and backend integration
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP
Exposure to headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Strapi, Sanity
Knowledge of Micro Frontends
Experience with authentication/authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth
Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Solid communication and team collaboration skills
