Hiring: Senior Associate Pega Developers
nLocation: Hyderabad OR Bangalore (Hybrid: Minimum 2 days/week in office after training)

nWe are seeking experienced Pega Developers to join a high-impact career acceleration programme delivered in partnership with a leading global professional services and consulting firm.
nThis is a permanent role based in Hyderabad or Bangalore, suited for candidates who enjoy hands-on development and working closely with stakeholders.
nKey responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable Pega applications using platform best practices and low-code capabilities.n
Configure case management, business rules, decisioning, and user interfaces across Pega Customer Service, Sales Automation, or core Workflow Automation modules.n
Build integrations between Pega and enterprise systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, and connectors.n
Collaborate within Agile teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.n




Participate in release management, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.n

nWhat We're Looking For
n
n
6+ years (Senior Associate level) of hands-on Pega development experience.n
Robust understanding of Pega PRPC, Case Management, BPM, rules engines, integrations, and debugging.n
Proven track record delivering within Agile/Scrum delivery settings.n
Pega CSA or CSSA certifications are strongly preferred.n
