We are looking for an accomplished Business Development Leader to lead and drive the Business Development vertical across 3 Southern States, based out of Chennai.

This is a leadership opportunity for a dynamic professional who can build markets, strengthen channels, drive project business and deliver sustainable growth across the region.

? What We’re Looking For

? 10–15 years of experience in Tile Adhesives & Waterproofing

? Strong experience managing State / Multi-State business operations

? Proven expertise across Retail & Project Sales

? Strong understanding of Dealer/Distributor Network Development & Channel Management

? Experience in Project Specification, Institutional & Key Account Business

? Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build markets and achieve revenue targets

? Solid relationships with dealers, contractors, applicators, influencers and project stakeholders





? Based out of / willing to relocate to Chennai
