About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, driven Business Development Intern who thrives on outreach and isn't afraid to go after big names. This role sits at the intersection of business development, networking, and content — you'll be reaching out to podcast guests, founders and agencies, opening doors and building relationships that matter.

If you're someone who loves the hustle of cold outreach, gets excited about landing the "hard to reach" person, and genuinely understands what's happening on social media and in the content space this is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Driving aggressive, high-volume outreach to potential podcast guests, founders and agency partners
- Identifying and connecting with the right people for our podcast lineup and business collaborations
- Managing guest coordination end-to-end from first contact to confirmation
- Building and nurturing relationships with founders, brand leaders and industry voices




- Staying plugged into social media trends and understanding what content resonates with audiences
- Bringing fresh ideas to expand our network of guests, partners and collaborators
- Consistently pushing to hit and exceed outreach and connection targets

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- A natural at building rapport and starting conversations with strangers, including senior professionals
- Highly goal-driven with a hunger to grow and take on more responsibility
- Comfortable with an aggressive, high-energy outreach style
- Robust understanding of social media culture and content trends
- A genuine interest in brands, founders and the startup/content ecosystem
- Self-starter mindset someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions
