A NICU staff nurse provides specialized, around-the-clock medical care for premature or critically ill newborn babies in a neonatal intensive care unit.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Monitoring: Check vital signs, heart rates, and oxygen levels regularly.
Clinical Care: Administer medications, manage IV lines, and assist with feedings.
Equipment Maintenance: Operate and troubleshoot incubators, monitors, and ventilators.
Infection Control: Maintain a clean, sterile workplace to protect vulnerable infants.
Family Support: Educate parents on holding, feeding, and caring for their baby at home.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
Skills: Solid emotional resilience, quick decision-making, and transparent communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
