What youll do on a typical day:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer closure and onboarding.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, priorities, and job specifications.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct candidate screening and assess candidates against role requirements and organizational fit.
Manage candidate communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process to ensure positive candidate experience.
Handle offer discussions, compensation negotiations, counteroffers, and joining follow-ups.
Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on pipeline, interview progress, offers, and closures.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure timely updates in SuccessFactors ATS/HR systems.
Support volume hiring, recruitment drives, walk-in drives, employee referral programs, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.




Effectively manage multiple requisitions while ensuring quality and timely delivery against hiring timelines.

What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you’ll need:
4+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Strong experience hiring for Finance and Accounting functions, particularly Finance Shared Services roles.
Experience hiring for roles such as Collections, Cash Applications, Billing, Accounts Payable, OTC (Order-to-Cash), and related Finance operations.
Experience in recruiting for HR, Operations, Customer Service, Corporate, and other non-technical functions.
Robust experience in both volume hiring and niche business-function hiring.
Proven experience working directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
Strong sourcing skills across Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Experience handling compensation discussions, offer negotiations, counter offers, and joining follow-ups.
Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and deliver candidates within agreed timelines.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and interpersonal skills.
