We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Nursing Head to lead our Nursing Department with robust focus on Quality, Patient Safety, Nursing Education & NABH Accreditation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire Nursing Department.
Ensure high standards of patient care, nursing practices and patient safety.
Develop and conduct regular nursing training, induction and competency assessment programs.
Implement and monitor Nursing SOPs, protocols, policies and clinical guidelines.
Drive NABH accreditation standards, implementation and continuous compliance.
Conduct nursing audits, documentation audits and quality improvement activities.
Monitor Nursing KPIs, clinical indicators, medication safety, infection prevention and patient safety practices.
Coordinate NABH assessments, internal audits and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure proper nursing documentation and compliance with statutory and hospital requirements.
Identify training needs and develop an annual Nursing Training & Education Calendar.
Promote a solid culture of quality improvement and patient-centered care.
Manage staffing, duty rosters, manpower utilization and nursing performance.
Candidate Profile
M.Sc Nursing with relevant leadership experience.
8–12 years of nursing experience, preferably in a reputed hospital.
Robust practical knowledge of NABH Accreditation & Quality Management Systems.
Excellent knowledge of Patient Safety, Nursing Quality Indicators, Infection Control and Clinical Audits.
Proven experience in nursing training and competency development.
Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
