Role & Responsibilities
Conduct mock interviews for nurses preparing for NHS jobs.
Guide candidates on NHS applications, supporting statements and job applications.
Prepare candidates for clinical, competency-based and NHS Values interview questions.
Review applications and provide interview feedback and coaching.
Support candidates throughout the NHS recruitment process.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Qualified/Registered Nurse with robust nursing experience.
NHS/UK healthcare experience preferred.
Valuable knowledge of NHS recruitment and nursing interviews.
Excellent communication and English-speaking skills.
Experience in tutoring, mock interviews or candidate coaching preferred.
