Responsibilities

Provide support in onboarding recent hires and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the nursing industry and recruitment trends to enhance hiring strategies.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process.
