Role & responsibilities
Lead the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud solutions.
Analyze client requirements and develop tailored Oracle technology strategies.
Oversee installation, configuration, administration, and support of Oracle products.
Drive development and deployment of Oracle ADF and BI Publisher solutions.
Enable business transformation through technology planning and process optimization.
Build and maintain client relationships while identifying enhancement prospects.
Mentor and coach teams to promote collaboration and innovation.
Apply analytical thinking to solve complex business and technology challenges.
Validate client outcomes and incorporate feedback into solutions.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree.




14+ years of relevant experience.
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
Oracle Cloud certification (OCI, Integration, Database, or related domains).
Experience with Oracle ADF, BI Publisher, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Proven ability to lead business transformation and process optimization initiatives.
Solid storytelling and stakeholder communication skills.
