Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing, Cost Management and Inventory Management. The consultant will lead/support end-to-end implementations, rollouts and production support while working closely with Finance, Procurement, Order Management and Quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead/support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, Cost Management and Inventory implementations.
Work on Discrete/Process Manufacturing functional processes.
Handle costing methods including Standard, Actual, FIFO/Average costing.
Manage cost rollups, WIP accounting and variance analysis.
Support design through go-live/hypercare activities.
Design and support integration between Oracle Fusion and MES/shop-floor systems.
Work with MES processes such as:
Work order dispatch
Operation transactions
Material consumption
Resource/machine data
Quality results
Real-time work order status
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Order Management and Quality teams.
Support month-end/period-close activities related to costing and inventory valuation.
Prepare functional documentation and coordinate with stakeholders.
Work effectively in onsite-offshore delivery models.
Mandatory Skills
8–10 years of relevant SCM/ERP experience, with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure.
Robust hands-on functional experience in:
Oracle Fusion Manufacturing
Oracle Fusion Cost Management / Cost Accounting
Oracle Fusion Inventory Management
Experience with 1–2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
Robust understanding of costing, cost rollups, WIP accounting and variance analysis.
Hands-on/functional exposure to MES and shop-floor integrations.
Understanding of Oracle Fusion integration with MES/shop-floor platforms.
Exposure to OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher and OTBI.
Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills.
