We are seeking an entry-level order operations analyst to join our team for processing orders & maintaining documentation related to orders. The successful candidate will be responsible for end to end order management from creating order acceptance to dispatch. reading, interpreting & processing orders, creating and managing the bill of materials sheet for smooth order processing, creating, maintaining, updating and eventually managing the production plan for

Key Responsibilities

Operations Responsibilities
Analyse purchase order & drawings along with quote to identify critical discrepancies which can heavily impact operations, production flow and work with seniors to arrest these at source
Update & contribute to a healthy production plan for a significant number of orders
Create & manage the bill of materials sheet for smooth order processing
Ensure smooth dispatch of materials both national & internationally via 3PL partners like FedEx, BlueDart, UPS
Assist with reviewing purchase orders for accuracy and filing them in appropriate folders as per company norms




Performing administrative duties as assigned, which may include data entry and report generation
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain accurate records

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 2 years-3 years of experience in entry-level commercial roles such as analyst, data entry, purchase/ supply chain, or sales operations
Work Ethic: High commitment to learning and growing skillset, attention to detail
Technical Proficiency: Logical reasoning & basic mathematical ability. English reading comprehension & writing skills are critical.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both in a cooperative team
Qualifications: B. Eng (crcuit branch) from Karnataka colleges, OR BSc, BCom from Tier-1
Order management/validation, billing or invoicing, AR-related activities, and bank reconciliation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
