Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day OT operations and workflow.
Coordinate surgery schedules with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing staff, and other departments.
Supervise OT nurses, technicians, attendants, and support staff.
Ensure OT readiness before every surgical procedure.
Maintain availability of surgical instruments, consumables, implants, and emergency supplies.
Coordinate with CSSD for sterilization and timely instrument availability.
Ensure strict compliance with infection-control and surgical safety protocols.
Monitor OT equipment, instruments, cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance.
Maintain OT registers, records, checklists, and reports.
Monitor OT utilization, turnaround time, delays, and cancellations.
Coordinate with CSSD, pharmacy, stores, housekeeping, biomedical, blood bank, and other support departments.
Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, quality standards, and accreditation requirements.
Handle operational issues and emergencies and escalate them appropriately.
Train, guide, and monitor OT staff performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
