About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for multiple brands under a UK-based client. This role requires excellent Excel skills, solid English communication, and the ability to coordinate between brand owners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across multiple client brands
Build, maintain and analyse reports using Excel (advanced level)
Communicate directly with UK-based brand owners (written & verbal)
Coordinate between brand teams and internal departments
Send regular performance and status reports to stakeholders
Identify and flag operational issues before they escalate





Requirements
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
Excellent written and spoken English communication
Solid organisational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working UK hours
Prior experience in operations, coordination or client-facing roles required

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
Experience managing multiple stakeholders or accounts simultaneously
Experience with reporting tools or dashboards
