OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE – DRIVER MANAGEMENT

Work Location: Kochi, Kerala

Job Type: Full time | Permanent

Qualification: Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Driver Management / Fleet Operations

Salary: Based on Experience & Skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily operations, driver coordination, scheduling, and dispatch.
Allocate and monitor manpower and vehicles for optimum utilization.
Track vehicle usage, trip schedules, driver attendance, and performance.
Ensure compliance with company/client policies, traffic laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Coordinate with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain trip sheets, operational reports, and system updates.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity and operational efficiency.




Handle driver-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain solid customer service and client coordination.
Implement operational best practices in line with company objectives.

REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 1 year of Driver Management / Fleet Operations experience.
Valuable communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting preferred.
Candidates with Logistics / Transportation / Fleet Management experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
